The Lost City

The Lost City is inspired by the memory of the passageways in Saudi Arabia together with my love of Yemeni architecture.
Moulded packaging provided the starting point for this work; viewing discarded mouldings stacked on the floor evoked memories of Arabia and the ancient history of lost cities flooded my imagination and led to the development of this work. Made from recycled packaging and other materials this work is a homage to the Lost City of Babylon.
