UNMAPPED ROUTES

This exhibition brings together a series of recent paintings inspired by the energy and visual language of the urban streetscape. Layers of colour, gestural marks, and fragments of form echo the movement, noise, and unpredictability of the city.

Drawing on contrasts between bold colour and muted tones, structure and spontaneity, the paintings evolve through an intuitive process of layering and response. Lines intersect, shapes collide, and surfaces shift, reflecting the rhythm of urban life — moments of chaos, pause, and transition.

Together, these works capture the restless atmosphere of the street, translating its textures, signals, and fleeting impressions into expressive abstract compositions.
